Return Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase and aim to offer products of the highest quality. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact me at info@studioedillo.com. I’ll guide you through the process and provide instructions on where to send the item. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.
You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Any loss in value due to improper handling may also affect the refund amount.
Issues with Your Order
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me right away. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Please note that some items are non-returnable, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products.

Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll notify you about the outcome. If the return is approved, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
Please contact me first. If you’d like to exchange an item, the easiest way is to return the original item first. Once it’s accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.
